The AR Feature Isn’t Working

  • Ensure good lighting in your surroundings.

  • Hold your device steady and ensure the camera has a clear view of the AR cards.

  • Check if your device’s camera permissions are enabled for the app.

  • Restart the app and try again.

  • Check for any available software updates on your device.​

If your device still doesn’t support AR, we’re sorry, but it may not be compatible with this feature, contact support info@limbotech.co.uk

Can’t Complete a Mission or Get Stuck

  • Double-check the required elements for the mission.

  • Ensure all cards are scanned properly and the correct compound is formed.

  • Use the in-game hints if available.

  • If you think you’ve found an issue please contact support: info@limbotech.co.uk

 My Device is Lagging or Crashing

  • Close any background apps to free up memory.

  • Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements.

  • Try restarting your device and reopening the app.

  • Update the app if a new version is available.

I Encountered a Glitch or Bug

  • Try restarting the app.

  • Check for updates on the app store.

Audio or Visual Effects Are Missing

  • Ensure your device’s sound is on and not muted.

  • Check if your graphics settings are compatible.

  • Restart the app or your device to refresh the game.

The Element Cards Aren’t Being Recognized

  • Make sure the cards are not bent, damaged, or dirty.

  • Hold the card at an appropriate distance (not too close or far).

  • Ensure the camera is focused on the correct side of the card.

  • Ensure your playspace is clutter free, we suggest using the included card stand.

  • If issues persist, check if the app needs updating.

The App Won’t Launch or Crashes on Start

  • Ensure you’re connected to the internet for any required downloads.

  • Restart your device and try again.

  • Check for any available app updates.

  • Uninstall and reinstall the app as a last resort.
