The AR Feature Isn’t Working

Ensure good lighting in your surroundings.

Hold your device steady and ensure the camera has a clear view of the AR cards.

Check if your device’s camera permissions are enabled for the app.

Restart the app and try again.

Check for any available software updates on your device.

Can’t Complete a Mission or Get Stuck

Double-check the required elements for the mission.

My Device is Lagging or Crashing

The Element Cards Aren’t Being Recognized
